Brandon Blake
Brandon took ownership of Traditions Interiors—now THE STAGING COMPANY—in 2019, bringing years of B2B service expertise to raise the bar for both his team and the staging industry as a whole.
Acclaimed for intentional customer service and innovative sales and marketing, he led expansion through the acquisition of Systematic Home Staging in 2021, taking TSC to a new level of excellence. He's passionate about creating wins and helping teammates and partners achieve the impossible.
His mission? Bringing the same level of excellence to every state in the nation!
Taylor Gorken
GENERAL MANAGER - FL
Taylor, a native of Palm Harbor, migrated to Orlando in 2011 to study marketing and communications at UCF.
After her studies, she transitioned to a more creative pursuit in home staging and decorating. Two years after she began her staging career in 2016, Taylor accepted the role of General Manager and has supported our Florida location in that capacity ever since.
When Taylor isn’t coordinating our Central Florida staging teams, you can find her at the beach with a good book!
Alyssa Powell
GENERAL MANAGER - TX
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Alyssa moved to San Antonio to pursue her passion for design. She began her journey at The Staging Company as a home stager, quickly advancing to Design Coordinator, and now proudly serves as General Manager of our Texas location.
Alyssa's goal is to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also welcoming and purposeful. Leading with a love for the craft, she guides and coordinates our Texas teams to bring every project to life.
When she's not designing, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and our two fur babies!
