One of Joseph’s favorite things about The Staging Company is how many organizations and companies we are able to be involved with. When he first started, he knew how important it would be to be a part of the Home Staging and Redesign Association and has since become such great friends with their team and know that we can confidently use their expertise when evaluating our own company.

Once a year, The Staging Co travels to Dallas, TX to attend the annual Home Staging and Redesign summit where we were able to learn, share, and grow with top industry experts in the country. This year was one like none other. We had 6 team members traveling: Taylor G., our Director of Operations, Tammy D., our Client Care Coordinator, Alexis M., our Staging Coordinator, Sueann B., our Head of Design, Bo M., our lead stager, and Joseph!

Each morning the team was up at 6:30 to attend the conference and got to listen to so many amazing speakers, including Mike Malawitz, the author of Profit First, and our very own Alexis who spoke about how important it is to have a perfect day in the office. The other time at the summit was spent touring the HSRA staging warehouse, attending mastermind discussions, and listening to the wonderful CEO of HSRA and our friend, Jana.

When you collaborate with industry experts, you elevate yourself as well as your company. It’s so important to align with experts that have the same goals as us. We also used this experience to connect with each other. It was a weekend of team bonding and they had so much fun exploring Texas, like going to The Silos, having a team dinner each night, walking downtown, and some much-needed karaoke.

To top off the experience, we were able to walk away with 4 nationally recognized, HSRA awards.

Joseph was also recognized for completing over 250 CE hours!

Even having to pivot around COVID- 19, the summit was put on flawlessly and we are so thankful that we were able to attend.
